22 Portland Square is a conversion of 3 Grade I listed buildings into 17 high-spec apartments. We worked closely with the architects and planners to reflect the classic Georgian architecture and transform this previously derelict office block. The sympathetic conversion capitalised on the majestic proportions and period features of the original building.
