20 Portland Square is a Grade I Listed Georgian house that we converted into four luxury apartments, providing modern amenities whilst retaining the charm and features of the original architecture.
Due to the listing, this project deepened our relationship with English Heritage and some creative engineering by our expert partners. ‘Number 20’ is now one of the most impressive developments on the square: a fine example of historic conversion.
